General Rules

Each item is tagged with a price and a corresponding letter. To claim an item, type "price AND letter" in the comments. Variations like "Mine," "claim," "me," or "dibs" are accepted, as long as they include both the price and letter. Feel free to use emojis, as TikTok may occasionally block comments without them.

The first person to claim an item, as indicated on OUR screen, secures the purchase. Keep in mind that, due to different internet connections, your comments may appear first on your own screen.

Claimed items are expected to be purchased. Misuse of Live Sale policies, such as excessive put-backs or swaps, may result in limited participation and potential blocking. Once a live session concludes, items cannot be put back, swapped, or canceled. Failure to communicate or backing out of orders may lead to a ban from future Live Sales.

Invoices are available on our website here after each sale. Payment is due within 24 hours.

Prior to completing checkout, you can consolidate items from the live sale and our website in one cart. All items will be shipped together.

Shipping Policies
Our turnaround time is 1‑3 business days after payment is made.
We ship USPS Ground Advantage (for orders under 1 lb), USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Standard.
Transit Times:
USPS First Class: 5-7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Days including Saturdays
UPS Standard: 3-5 business days

Once a package leaves our hands, we do not hold any responsibility and any lost/damaged/delayed packages issues will need to be handled directly with the shipping carriers.
